Need a good idea to get started? These recipes can help get your chef's hat on! There is a variety of methods to create your own recipe. Try taking an existing recipe, and replacing the meat with either Longanisa, Tocino, or Tapa. Just a few small changes to perfect the flavor and you've got a winner!


Magnolia® Chicken Longanisa Stuffing
2 Pkg Magnolia® Chicken Longanisa (cooked)
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Sweet Yellow Onion
3 Cups White or Brown Rice (cooked)
˝ Cup Pecans or Walnuts
2 Large Fuji Apples
2 tbs Olive oil

Instructions: In a large saucepan, saute garlic in olive oil, add Longanisa, rice and nuts. Mix until evenly heated. Add diced apples and mix for another 4-5 minutes until hot. Stuff in poultry loosely or serve as a side dish.

Magnolia® Beef Tapa
Beef Tapa Fajitas
2 Packages Magnolia® Beef Tapa (grilled, Julienne Cut)
1 Red Medium Onion (julienne)
1 Yellow Medium Onion (julienne)
1 Red Bell Pepper (julienne)
1 Green Bell Pepper (julienne)
2 Tbs Garlic (minced)
2 Tbs Ancho Chile Powder (optional)
1 Tsp Choco Powder (optional)
.5 Tsp Black Pepper
.5 Tsp Sea Salt
2 Packages Manila Gold Pure Calamansi Juice, or equivalent
4 Tortilla (warmed)
1 Tb olive oil

Instructions: Mix all prep ingredients together, then saute in medium-high pre-heated pan for 4-5 minutes. Fill warmed tortillas with filling and enjoy!

Magnolia® Tocino
Chicken or Pork Tocino Wrap
2 Packages Magnolia® Chicken or Pork Tocino (grilled, Julienne Cut)
4 leaves Romaine Lettuce (Julienne)
1 Medium Onion (Julienne)
1 Red Bell Pepper (Julienne) 1 Green Bell Pepper (Julienne)
2 Large Tortillas, Sun dried tomato flavored (warmed)
1 tbs Olive Oil

Instructions: Make Magnolia Chicken or Pork Tocino according to package. Cut into thin bite size strips. Saute the onion and bell peppers in olive oil on medium high heat for 4-5 minutes. Warm the tortillas over low heat in a saucepan. Lay lettuce leaves over the tortilla, spread Tocino, onions, and bell peppers over lettuce. Fold the edges of the tortilla over to complete the wrap.

Magnolia® Po'Boy Sandwich
1 ea French Bread Loaf (toasted or grilled open-face)
2 Pkg Magnolia® Tocino or Tapa (cooked)
1 Medium Yellow Onion (sliced/grilled or sauteed)
2 tbs Olive Oil
2 Medium Tomatoes (sliced)

Instructions: Split French bread in half-Open-face, Rub with olive oil then grill in pre-heated pan until golden brown and set aside. Add bell peppers and onions sauté for 4 additional minutes. live oil to a medium-high heated pan then add in Tapa slices, cook for 2 minutes then turn over. Add meat, onions, and peppers – finish with sliced tomatoes.
