May I submit a recipe that was created by someone other than myself?
Yes. You may enter a recipe into this contest as long as you have expressed written permission from the recipe's original creator. Recipe's taken from others without their expressed written permission is copyright infringement and illegal.

Are there any ingredients that are not allowed?
For the most part, any ingredient that is normally used in cooking food suitable for human consumption is acceptable in this contest. Please do not submit any recipes that contain hard-to-find or illegal ingredients.

How many recipes can I submit?
You may submit up to one recipe in each category. The categories are Appetizers, Side Dishes, and Entreés.

What are the Prizes?
The Top 10 recipes each win $100 cash.  Once announced, each of the top 10 winners will compete in an online video contest  with a Grand Prize of $500!  Runner up prizes will be offered to the 2nd and 3rd place winners of $300 and $200 respectively.

What if I don't own a camcorder?
A camcorder will be necessary to participate in the Grand Prize video contest. If you don't own one, consider borrowing one from a friend or relative.

What if I don't want to be on video?
If you do not wish to be on a video that will be placed on the internet, you may have a close friend or family member make the video using your recipe. While you do not need to be in the video, you're name must be cited by the video's “stars” as the originator of the recipe.
